(i slept 14hours straight!SHIOK!..i want more..)
i woke up having aches all over.and only JUST did i realise..
I DID NOT WARM-UP yesterday.WHAT THE FRIGG!
why?
i was worrying about ms mok and her partner's not-being-able-to-participate.
my phone bill this month is gonna broke my entire life's,i think.
HAHA.
momo always say that my bills are like investment shares,just that she hopes for the opposite.

so we had the RELAY DUALATON held at kallang yesterday.
but before that i (almost) went for my clinical briefing at TTSH yesterday.woke up at a STUPID 5.30am but when i got there and talk to the officer ic,she says i MIND AS WELL leave,cause its NO POINT staying for 1hr+ ,for the supposedly 4hrs brief,and leave for my race.
so wells.i went to meet the early race(930am)people and JAGA their bags.
HAHA.
my race starts at 11am.and I HAVE A GREAT PARTNER!
JAS is SO SO NICE.X)











the whole thing ended around 5+ if im not wrong.i had a really fun day.
it was a big eye-opener..for EVERYTHING.
