there goes.

PT: " i think you tear your biceps muscle.remember to ice away the pain,rest alot alot and dont train!"
DR Yong: "it looks totally like a muscle tear/sprain to me.rest for 3 weeks and dont do vigorous motions.tears take longer time to heal."

drats.
there goes my MAY hopes.
rowing and training with the team have become a habit,so hard to break.
no one will understand how i feel.no one.
why did i let it happen?
i feel so pissed with myself,so sad.

but im strong,i know it'll heal soon,i shall focus on mugging,for the time being.
